Dr. Carmody is a complete needle in a haystack. I ended up a patient here after asking around for reccomendations for a GP who had 2 things. 1 An interest in seeking out root causes of problems rather then medicating symptoms. 2 A GP who had an interest in gut health. Michael is an incredibly progressive and has a very holistic approach. A GP who prescribes Keifir and digestive enzymes over antacid blocking medication. I feel very lucky to have found a GP who is passionate enough about what he does to keep his knowledge so up to date. In addition his receptionist is extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. It doesn't hurt that the clinic is also a lovely large space with lots of natural light again not terribly common for a Drs office these days.
